We are excited to announce the release of two new accessories for the Multimetal Water Analysis System (MWAS) that simplify its use in stationary laboratory setups. Our new MWAS Metal Collector Holders are now available for both the Hitachi X-MET8000 Benchtop Stand and the Evident Vanta Workstation, designed to enhance workflow and efficiency in laboratory environments.

The MWAS is widely used in field operations or industrial sites to reduce delays associated with laboratory analysis and sample transportation. Environmental managers and water treatment operators can quickly use on-site analysis results to optimize water treatment processes, ensure compliance with discharge regulations, and reduce the need to send samples to external labs.

However, some of our customers have expressed an interest in using MWAS in a more traditional laboratory setting. To meet this demand, we have developed Metal Collector Holders compatible with both the Hitachi X-MET8000 Benchtop Stand and the Evident Vanta Workstation. These holders are particularly beneficial for labs using a stationary setup, as they allow users to perform MWAS analysis without removing the XRF analyser from the stand or workstation.

Additionally, the Benchtop Stand and Workstation can be used solely with the MWAS syringe pump, eliminating the need for the Accessory Kit backpack. The syringe pump requires minimal space on the laboratory table, making it a compact and convenient solution.

Another key advantage of using the Benchtop Stand or Workstation with MWAS is that, in certain countries like Spain, no radiation license is required. Authorities classify the XRF analyser as a closed radiation source, simplifying regulatory compliance.
